Berry Peach Green Smoothie

Hey fam!

Today I needed a something nutrient packed. I've been eating while traveling and doing the best that I could, but now that I am back at home, I can get back into my regular routine. I decided to give my body a much needed break and treatment for breakfast today. A tasty smoothie that will revive, refresh, and aid my body in its own healing processes sounds like a winner to me.

Ingredients:

  • mixed berries
  • donut peach (or regular peach)
  • fresh basil
  • fresh cilantro
  • green juice
  • hemp seed hearts
  • liquid stevia
  • black seed oil
  • ice cubes
  • almond milk
  • spring water
  • sea moss gel (The one that I used includes bladderwrack and burdock root.) 

Instructions:

  1. Take the seed out of your peach.
  2. Combine all ingredient in your blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
