Homemade Potato Chips
|I am not a doctor. I can not diagnose, cure, treat, prevent disease and illness. I am just here to share my experiences and things that I've learned.|
Chips are one of our family's favorite snack foods to eat. We can eat them all day, as long as they are available (lol). The things that makes potato chips so unhealthy are the ingredients that they don't necessarily tell you about, the long list of ingredients that you can't pronounce on the back of the potato chip bag, and the methods that are used to cook them. Why not just make your own, save some money, and avoid all of the unnecessary unhealthy ingredients? Let's do it!

- Himalayan pink salt
- Using the V-Blade slice your potatoes into thinly cut slices.
- Put them into a bowl, add unrefined grapeseed oil, and Himalayan pink salt.
- Make sure that each slice is lightly covered with the oil and salt mixture.
- Place the potato slices into your air fryer and cook until golden brown, separating and/or shaking them periodically to keep them from sticking together.
- Serve and enjoy!
